Brief recommendations and explanations.
Rubrics.
• Creating Rubrics. On the left is a tree structure. Click the right mouse button on the Rubrics folder or on any of its subfolders, and select "Create New Rubric".
• The name of the Rubric. It is entered in the upper field of the window that appears.
• Nested Rubric will be created if this box is checked. Nesting depth - any.
• Search only in the parent - only information from the parent Rubric can get into the Rubric.
• Elementary rules for getting into Rubrics.
It is they who determine what information will fall into the Rubrics. All rules are given on the link: >_>_>
Specific examples of simple rules:
Sergey Ivanov - somewhere in the text there must be word forms from Sergey and Ivanov
Sergey / 2 Ivanov - there can be no more than 2 spaces (1 word) between these word forms.
Sergey & Ivanov - these word forms should be in one sentence.
Sergey && Ivanov - these word forms should be in one paragraph.
'Sergei Ivanov' - the text must contain exactly what is enclosed in single quotes.
(Sergey | Ivanov) - at least one of the two words - in the text.
Sergei ~Ivanov - Sergei is, but Ivanov is not.
!construction - cut off on the left, for example: the word restructuring - is not taken into account.
Alekse* - on the right instead of * - anything: Alexander - is not taken into account, and Alekseev - is taken into account.
!Putin* - do not count: path, paths, Rasputin.
(!Putin* | Medvedev | Naryshkin) /4 (arrived | arrived | arrived) /3 Volgograd - at least one of the three visited Volgograd.
A multi-level bracket structure is allowed.
Words in one line (if there are no special operators) - logical "AND": they must be all in the text.
Lines are connected by a logical "OR": the text is taken into account if it satisfies at least one line of the Rule.
Regular expressions can be written anywhere in the Rule.
Client folders (CP).
• Appointment. Export or import of work results and other information. Here we are only interested in exporting news feeds generated in Rubrics. Using the CP, it is possible to ensure automatic delivery of the generated tapes to the required Users. CP is one of the means that allows you not to look inside the program in the process of everyday work.
• CP - these are folders on your computer, local network, E-mail(s), telegram channels or site folders.
Specific examples of CP.
C:\Work is a folder on your computer.
M:\Common\Ivanov - local folder.
1abc@mail.ru - E-mail address.
1a@sitesputnik.ru - more E-mail.
https://sitesputnik.ru/Export/ - folder on the site.
tg:@sitesputnik - telegram channel.
Each Rubric can be assigned a CP in any quantity and any type.
